    shadowheart09 (Il y a 4 mois) #24111948For me, the pictures say "please upgrade you account to enable 3rd party hosting". (T_T)

    Unfortunately, Photobucket won't cooperate for long enough to let me download the original photos (it was always a bit buggy, but it's way worse now), so I'm going to redo a version of this when the weather calms down and I'm able to do the custom that I'm currently planning out, after which I'll delete these originals.

    Honestly... I wouldn't recommend sanding down the hair to get the desired shape you want, but rather to slightly over-cut, rough sand, and use epoxy to get the desired shape. It's really hard to sand PVC, and you won't usually get the surface back that you desire in my experience. If you're using primer->base->top coat it could balance out, but it won't look finished quite the same way. Of course if it's such a minor change maybe it doesn't matter so much ^_^;;

    I'm also quite surprised in that blog you linked she's using a glossy base! There's a mr clear flat you can buy! @_@;; so funny they had her look in a mirror, such an old art trick to flip your work to see if it's accurate haha! That's why flipped manga can sometimes look wonky lol

    6wendybird91 (Il y a 1 an) #6042079That link is amazing! I read their entire tutorial, which was abit overwhelming xD;;...I'm still waiting for the body to arrive then I can start ^u^ I can't wait to see the painting part for yours. Btw with the side burns on Jean will you be painting those on? :o

    I decided to leave the sideburns off, since I didn't want to try anything with the faceplates (especially after reading that tutorial), since they're the most difficult bits to get, and the most difficult to alter. Plus, with the size of the ears, the sideburns would be so ridiculously tiny. :P

    Don't talk like that! I was sure I'd buy the parts and give up right away, and end up either making an easier one or not making one at all, but he's almost finished now (I'm basically just waiting for more faceplates). I'm sure your Erwin will be awesome.
    If you just want to remove some little lines (I'm guessing eyelashes or expression lines?) then this could help?mikatan.goodsmi... It's about painting an expression but the first part includes removing the existing one, so you could maybe use a little bit of the stuff on a cotton bud to wipe away the lines? I've never done this myself, though.

    pineapplepocky (Il y a 1 an) #5943433i'm excited for part 3!

    Thank you so much! :D Part three should be up within the next few days.

    6wendybird91 (Il y a 1 an) #5943541This is exactly what I need >o<! Someone linked me your tutorial as I'm wanting to make an Erwin one (I'll probably fail T uT//) but like you I need to cut off the sides cause all the male nendoroids hairstyles are quite long ;I
    I also have a random question but what could I use to remove the paint of an existing nendoroid's eyes? I actually don't want to remove the whole face but just tiny tiny lines >_<
