Masume (Il y a 1 an) #8331035She's been on display, although I did get her secondhand years ago. Wasn't like that when I got it however, so who knows. With that issue and the horrible leaning issue on my other Witchblade fig, they've been semi retired. :\
That's so sad D:

Got mine secondhand too a few months back, without box so I'm assuming she had been displayed for some time before I got her. She has been sitting in bubble wrap ever since I got her though...

Have you tried washing her? I've heard a lot about using mild dishwashing liquid, and tried it on a few figures recently and overall so far so good.
Except this one time when I washed ITEM #5859 because plasticizers had leaked, and some of the shiny gold faded T_T (only on one of the softer plastic parts though, the rest was fine). But I get the feeling this happened *because* of the plasticizer leak in the first place, so who knows.
But if you do wash her be sure to be gentle just in case!

Ah yes ITEM #437. I also have her and she's a huge leaner too :(

Rosalina (Il y a 1 an) #8289190I'm so sorry to hear that D:
I just checked mine and she's fine.
Except the waxy part, what you're describing makes me think it might have to do with plasticizers leaking, which results in residues (though as far as I know it's mostly oily in nature). This tends to happen mostly on older figures that have not been aired out enough, aka kept inside their boxes. Has she been recently unboxed or has she been on display for a while?

Masume (Il y a 1 an) #7437750Anyone else have this figure turn waxy and have a coating that comes off upon touch? Not sure if it's the PVC used or what but the dust sticks to her like crazy and touching her leaves residue on your hands. Pretty sure that's not good for you. >,>

GrizzlyX (Il y a 3 ans) #2130590What is a grab bag?
If you attend almost any anime convention, you're almost guaranteed to find certain booths in the dealer's room that have grab bag deals. They're literally brown paper lunch bags that have an item inside and have been stapled shut so you don't know what you're buying.
