What are the best EU shops for buying figures ?What are the best EU shops for buying figures ?

HelsingHelsingIl y a 6 moisAsk MFC
Hello there ,

I would like to ask what reliable EU sites/shops do you guys use to purchase figures ? Was googling for some but dont know didnt find anything reliable.

I want to lay my hands on ITEM #549439

Of course I am looking for the best price if possible.
I would of course buy from amiami , jlist and such as I did few times before but beg my pardon I cant afford to deal with customs and pay 20% VAT of top as it drains my time, wallet and patience. Meanwhile you dont need to deal with that when buying in EU.

For example found something like www.fategate.co... for about 149 € +ship.
Dont know about shops rep tho , supposedly it should be fine ?

So where do you buy from usually ?

MisakiInuko (Il y a 1 mois) #36601608I personally buy my figures in two Italian websites:
1) Shiritori Figures
2) Neko no Koe
The first one (my main shop) can send worldwide and does not make you pay the shipping fees if you buy figure that cost more than €100; the second one in my opinion is nice because it is located close to my home and I spend a bit less there. Both of them, tho, can let you pay your pre-order in small fees that will cover the months or year before the product's release.

Sadly both are disgustingly overpriced shops , the 1st seems to slap 100€ on each figure for themselves lmao.

Loleifos (Il y a 6 mois) #31103011Personally, I shop from
Animerch.dk (Danish shop, I go to their physical store and buy stuff, haha;; )
and
Otaku-planete
They're both somewhat expensive, but I like avoiding taxes

Sorry but that danish shop is disgustingly expensive and otaku-planete says preorders closed :( I may try to mail them about that cause they have a good price

S-Dawg (Il y a 6 mois) #31102434We always get charged a minimum of 20% ( in my case 30% if it`s over 50 euros worth) no matter the price or shipping method PLUS my stuff gets held up in that customs hellhole for a week to eleven days...It sucks big time :(

It depends on your country. I'm from Spain and SAL Small Packet and even Airmail get through customs just fine.

xTAZORx (Il y a 6 mois) #31101743Do you have to pay custom fees even when the shipping method is SAL small packet?
If that's the case, you have it harsh then :/

To be honest I usually risk eBay imports. I look for sellers who undervalue the parcels, marking as "gift" so there's a good chance of it coming through without any extra fee.
As for local shops, there is one in Hungary, but I find it expensive, although if tax hits me I'm more or less up to their price range with my imported figures - learnt this the hard way. So I buy from them once in a while. My biggest complaint is they have a very limited stock, and mostly only the newest items.

Most of my figures all come from Archonia, they are very good, have very good customer service and they are quick. Only downside is that their prices have skyrocketed the last few years...

The EU shops that I mostly use now are Anime-figuren.de, very good shop, but he gets his stock rather late from Japan (it might take 1-2 months after Japanese release). But if you know this beforehand, there is no problem there. This shop has the best prices in Europe by far.

Another really good one is Sukipan, the owner responds to your queries within a few hours (a day at most) and shipping is very fast. Just a couple of weeks after Japanese release your figure will be at your door. Or that was just my luck with my Deep Sea Girl Miku. :D Prices might be on the high side though, but that also really depends on the figure.

So, I would advise one of these three; Archonia, Anime-figuren.de or Sukipan :)

I can recommend Allblue World. Prieces are a bit higher than yorokonde but sometimes they still have figures that are already sold out at yorokonde. And their customer service is nice and fast.
