Still don't know what piece of furniture that is though, otherwise I'd get it for myself as well.

Putting your least favorite figures there is a good option, that or figures that lean upwards or just look better from a higher angle when viewing them. You can also just put other stuff there if you can't see your figures at all, like manga, boxes, other collectibles, etc.

If you have Detolfs, you can also put the whole Detolf on another shelf to raise it and make the bottom shelf higher and more visible. ITEM #675963 & ITEM #1008398 look really good on the bottom shelf. Some others too.

I have placed my Bestas around my computer desk and tv area, so wherever I sit, I always get a nice view at the bottom shelves too.

I keep some hardcover manga on my bottom shelves like Junji Ito ones or Jojo.

On my "Miscellaneous" glass display, the bottom shelf is used mainly for ITEM #4507 and ITEM #4508. I have to put them against the glass in the back because some dumbbell thought it was a great idea to give White only one peg to stand, and thanks to that genius, she lkinda leans because of her hair. There are also my three oreImo figures.

On my "Fate" glass display, the bottom shelf is where I put the three Masters in the foreground, mainly because I plan on buying several prizes, so I need some space in the back (and probably some risers).

i keep heavy books down there, plus all the stuff that isnt something i will use often.

I keep storage and heavy stuff on the bottom shelf, and try to figure out a way to make more top shelves. Recently transported three Nendoroids to a toy boat...

I usually store books and games in the bottom shelf. There are not many figures designed for that angle.
