Hate to say it, but the worst customer service for me goes to Tokyo Otaku Mode. They're keeping my refund for two figures, which should have been released over a year ago. They were very nice about issuing my refund, but now it's like they're thinking "Oh wait, you actually want your money back?" I have never had to be this persistent for anything to get a response, it's been going on for almost a month. What's their response to my emails? "Hi! You're refund will go in 24-48 hours." That's it. Each response I get from them (after many emails) they say a new time frame for my refunds.
This is ridiculous and shady. I feel like they're scamming me. I was reading reviews for them and apparently this isn't the first time they are trying to rip people off. What the Hell happened to them? They used to be a great company, now they don't give a shit about their customers. I will NEVER order from them ever again. I will keep bugging them until I get MY money that was promised.
