mariijane (Il y a 2 ans) #14315148for a moment i actually wondered if it was official.. but after looking through it's not. (fyi for those who don't know, the original runs of the sailor moon artbooks in the 90s actually were released -officially- in chinese as well!) the sleeve on mine doesn't have the dates and "cardcaptor sakura" is printed in katakana. damn they work fast! the price is also super high.. just a few dollars more and you can buy the real thing T.T

Ahh I think I remember someone talking about the differences between bootleg SM artbook & the authentic one. This reminds me rememberung SM artbook makes me want to cry because I really wanted least one of them ;w; the price is so high. The most pricely artbook I bought is actually this CCS artbook ><. The sleeves, colors & characters in the cover really makes a difference when spotting the difference & agreed it's pricey for a custom made (probably translation or so?? but stil..I would buy original or official translate one if it release, but I like sticking to original;;)

Naight (Il y a 2 ans) #14315005The sleeves info is different, cover image is more wider & darker & gold borders is dull & printed on?? (tbh the plastic case is one of my fave because the border makes the artbook pop/stand out!) Also betting the paper+print quality can't match up to original. I mean it's so crisp & clear

mariijane (Il y a 2 ans) #14312813found my copy at kinokuniya in NYC on wednesday for $49. mark up wasn't too bad considering how expensive shipping to the US is.
seriously?! lmao where did you find it? i'm curious to see what disaster it looks like.

I'm not sure if I can link it but I'll remove it if someone tells me it isn't okay. The link m.ebay.com/itm/.... I literally squinted when I saw the icon before clicking & without reading the description. The sleeves info is different, cover image is more wider & darker & gold borders is dull & printed on??
