iWhits (Il y a 12 jours) #42777181Guys, quit complaining on the materials. Isn't it fine as long as the figure turn out great?
FYI, polystone is easier to mass produce than PVC. Polystone is just heavier (but it's also more fragile, often compared to porcelain, because/depends of/on the composites mixed with the resin) The pricing for figures is really fraudulent, for a lack of a better term. All figures are overpriced. How much do you think plastic cost? China *alone* has tons of plastic as byproduct And China manufactures plastic every. single. day. I also noticed, most people got brainwashed that resin is a kind of high quality plastic. *It is not* it's a subcategory for plastics under the branch of synthetic resin.
Polystone is the best resin for making figures imo. And as I said, it is heavier than PVC. It's also easier to sculpt and produce details with. It is not as expensive and is not hard to manufacture. But PVC is more common. It's more useful. Hence, there is more demand, more supply and more factories making it. (Remember I said Polystone is easier to manufacture---you can make it at home, PVC, unless you live in the factory, is very challenging)
What I really want you to realize is that the material is not what makes the sculpture expensive. It's the time and talent put into designing and making the figure, what the figure is about, and the quality of the figure that justifies if it's worth the price.
I hope more people can realize and understand this.
LASTLY, if you're really 100% on the "but the material should atleast be--" train, then go ahead and buy metal, stone, wood, glass or clay figures. They're a bit more expensive in raw materials and will require a bit (a lot) more skill. I wish you luck.

It's so easy to manufacture that it actually takes them 2 and a half years to produce the eventual product :/. It's always some excuse lately.

lighttss (Il y a 1 mois) #41679381And thank you for contacting us. Your request about cancelling one of your order has been well received. But firstly, I have to inform you that there will be a 10% deposit that will be kept according to our terms of sales in case of a cancellation. May you agree on this, we will treat your request as soon as possible and the refund will be issued within 15 days.
That is the response, so it won't be a full refund. They just ignored the points about the delays, quality decrease etc. They are definitely not in the customer service business thats for sure. I'm still going to cancel mine, especially if genos himself is PVC and not polystone as I heard. Thats just BS and false advertisement, won't be looking at tsume much anymore

Thanks for the informations.

Yeah I heard that it could be made in PVC and not in polystone... unbelievable...

I'll think about it a bit more, but the temptation to ask the refund is high... too bad that the sculpt looks amazing...

Thanks again

Could you will tell us the timing of the refund please?
I mean, how quick they are to respond and give your money back.
I'm very interested to know how would works the refund practice and how efficient they are, because I'm thinking to ask them a full refund too.
