Krakolio (Il y a 1 an) #15591288Not sure, maybe it was a false assumption, but once I bought the figure I knew it was second hand. The box showed signs of having been opened and wasn't in pristine condition. The figure however was in perfect condition. I assume the box it came in was its original box.

Urgh, that's not good. It should at least be made clear on the item page. I'll take it up with them and see what they say about it.

Edit: So I sent an email to Plamoya and they were very helpful. They replied fast as well, I e-mailed on Sunday and had a reply by mid-day on Monday - here's what they said:

Voir le spoilerCacher le spoilerHi,
we don't know the actual situation of the case you mentioned, however it
might happen because manufacturers or dealers might open it and seal
double for inspection. Returned item might be sold as new by dealer also,
it is rare but might be happened.

Anyway, if you found any problem on the item you ordered, just CONTACT
US SOON.
Such trouble is rare and we are ready to replace or refund if it is not
actual "NEW" product.

Best regards,

I know it doesn't help much now, but worth knowing for the future.

I've been wondering about that, but since you mentioned it, I thought I'd be cheeky and ask you instead of e-mailing them. Do they state it on the item page or something?

Krakolio (Il y a 1 an) #14526687Bought it secondhand from Plamoya for a bit over 2500 JPY. An absolute steal! The box was slightly damaged in places but the figure was in perfect condition. The figure looks great but I found it a bit tricky attaching it to the stand.

I really wanted to use the knife hand but I just can't remove the bag hand. I just broke the bag's handle when trying to pull out that hand, luckily the brake is hidden by the fingers. The bag does look decent so it's not the end of the world or anything, but the knife would have been nice.
