Sadly I still got no reply from them. I do appreciate the help you've been giving me though.
I'm in the same boat first time trying AnimeNPC. fully paid off homura figure like 7 months ago from them and yet they've hardly been responding to my messages, used the chat and 2 of their emails. They responded literally almost a month after I sent the msg which was a month and a bit after they're declared release on the item and told me they've been having delays and that they were informed they will be receiving the figure next week and will ship it that coming week, but its been 3 weeks now and my order is still processing. Legit never ordering from them again.

Got my replacement parts and the wing part is definitely better. Sadly the blade replacement I got had another defect. Yet another part of the blade has paint chipped off, this time near the tip of the fire effect. It even feels like the tip about to break apart. (Maybe they bent it by accident when they packed it?) I'm having bad luck on this figure that I can't even order another one just to replace the parts myself.

Try using the chat in a different instance. What I mean is use another device like your phone and use the chat there. For some reason it doesn't save the chat from other devices and even weirder reason they all responded on the chat instance on my phone.

Yeah I sent them 3 emails through there as well and still got no replies back. I sent them another one but I think they may just be ignoring customers who order her.
