I finally received answer from Nippon-Yasan! They have now changed the release date and I won't have to pay until closer to the release. I'm so relieved now ; A ; I was really worried that they would cancel my order and I wouldn't get the figure at all since the pre-orders are already closed in Amiami and many other places...

I wonder though... what about people who did pay for their order already? D:

Ah darn, I wish I came to this thread to read sooner. Now I feel bad about paying my order at N-Y.. Never had problems with them before but this worries me a little.

what I agree is that it is not respectful to take so long to answer.
But they still process orders, I have an order at home that is being prepared for delivery since today.

The difference is whether it's a reliable shop that offers customer support.

Nippon-yasan has a reputation for packing items poorly and offering no customer support for broken figures...I absolutely wouldn't trust them with immediate payment and no Paypal buyer protection. If you have an issue with your order, they'll ignore your ticket and keep your money.

Glad I ordered this figure from AmiAmi instead!

I didn't pay for Nippon-yasan for this figure, I can't afford now because N-Y requested for all 5 figures that supposed to be release on april at the same time, if it's the next week it'll be a difference story, I have my priority so i paid for 3 out of 5 figures. But surprised my order still hasn't got cancel after passing the deadline. So it's a lie after all, they just threaten us to pay beforehand because they're lack of funds now.

Me too. I will not pay a company that far in advance, especially if they show that they don't really care about their customers. I have quite a few preorders on NY but if they want to suspend my account so be it.

But the problem is that Nippon Yasan has not taken into account the new release date and requires us to pay the pre-order before tomorrow if it can be canceled and our account closed. I just paid for it. :-(
