I just noticed that the spear of my Eresh is bending a lot.
Probably it started bending slowly and when the weight became greater, it yielded... well for the cost of this figure, also limited, I'm just so disappointed.
Probably no more Aniplex for me

Hey everyone, I got a question: I bought mine from Mandarake, I've been shopping from there for years and trust them about originals... It was listed as unopened, and it certainly looked that way; however when I put it together and wanted to carry away, I noticed that the neck is kind of... moving easily? I didn't force it to bend or anything, but obviously if I tried any further it looked like it could break, so I didn't. Normally, heads/necks don't bend this easily.

I read in these comments about the material being slightly softer, therefore some breaks happened with some people, but I haven' t read anything about the head part.

Btw, it stays in its place just fine, I only noticed that it moves easily if I touch it.

How is this neck situation with everyone? I took a video of it in case it's needed. I thought about writing to Mandarake, but wanted to get some opinions first.

(I might make this an article and ask generally in case there are no replies :/)

This is actually very good tip! I was wondering how to balance that support in the back.

Foxdark111Il y a 2 mois#83498827How do you put the back support? If I put it, I can't fix the weapon on the base. Can you help me please? I would like to be able to put the back support in order that the figure is stable.
It's good, I resolved this issue:
1. Put Ereshkigal on the base
2. Put the spear on the base (pull down gently)
3. Put the support under the cape and put on base (you have to force a little, it raises the cape but it's normal)

EmptyWalletIl y a 2 mois#83708798That's unfortunate. I've had positive experience from them. Although none of my figures arrived broken or went missing, there were figures with manufacture defects that I received, and TOM was willing to contact the manufacture for a replacement for me. If they cannot do that, they would refund me in TOM points (like 40% of the cost). I will say, I am steering away from TOM after their recent changes, where they have less points back events and etc. I'm in the same boat as you - I've had nothing but good customer service experiences from TOM in the past but they're too expensive now. Their markups are higher than ever (even re-released figures are way more expensive than their original run), I don't get free shipping in 90% of cases as a Canadian, and anything from their US warehouse is slapped with the import fees upfront (before that change, there was always a chance they'd slip through customs without charges, but it's 100% chance now).

If they had their old promos (% off sales, % off coupons, 20-40x points back, actual free shipping and not "discounted" shipping) I'd still be buying from them. Their current promos just can't make up for their markups and fees now.

That sucks. I recently cancelled my Premium subscription with them too and don’t really plan on shipping with them anymore either.

CrazyBilkesIl y a 2 mois#83695109That sucks about the damage. Was the figure ok at least? Are you gonna contact TOM about it? They might reimburse you in some points for that.
