Selling my Ryoko Bunny. Brand new and sealed. $220 shipped in the continental US.

T'is a non-fictional tale of 2 bunnies: 1 PO'd from HobbySearch early on, 1 bought from HLJ 1 week b4 release. When it became apparent latest update that JapanPost was going to be in hibernation indefinitely after Covid19 I beseeched HobbySearch to offer alternative shipping to the US besides JapanPost to which I got no response, nada, zip; nothing in my emails, HS site notes. Their later Covid19 wording about buyers not able to receive their preorders past a few weeks beyond the release date lead me to believe they weren't going to sell me this bunny at all, not charge the card. So I punted and bought her thru HLJ 1 week before release.

Well, HobbySearch went ahead, purchased the PO'd bunny for me, then somehow pigeon-holed her onto JapanPost Surface Parcel. Package is still in Tokyo, Japan awaiting its shipping fate. If I don't receive her after 5 months HS wants me to notify them as Japan Post will not investigate anything shippable slow after 6 months.

Three days later after that Hobby Search announces to everyone: hey, we're offering DHL...wtf HobbySearch?

When HLJ purchased her for me this bunny went into Private Warehouse awaiting JapanPost relief which doesn't seem to be forthcoming. Realizing this I pulled this bunny out of Private Warehouse, opted for DHL. That was last Monday. Today it's Friday and I have my Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki Ryoko Bunny in my residence!! Thank you, private sector, for your service!!

Side note: though it's more expensive where I can I'm having vendors who still have some of my orders on hand change the carriers from JapanPost to DHL, UPS Worldwide (not)Saver for those wayward figures still stuck, moribund over in Japan. Not surprisingly, all are more than willing to do this.

My goal is to receive them in my lifetime versus possibly never. Ah, uncertainty, never a dull moment living life in a civilized world.

8/24/20 Hobby Search PO arrived today...yea ^^

The mouth is definitely pink, just like the prototype. I've looked at her under normal lighting condition today. So take my pictures with a huge grain of salt. Hope it helps!

I have the same problem. As I pointed out in my previous reply, FREEing has double standards in terms of 1/4. She fits well with other bunnies, but definitely, she doesn't look good with figures with a smaller head. I don't know if this is due to different manga artist styles having different head to body proportions.

Her lips aren't pink. Only a slight gloss and yes, it does make her look a little bit bland. I will certainly think this over for a while, but a little paint touch up in this area could greatly improve the final product. Her eyes look a little bit pale, they aren't printed with deep black and saturated colors, but when closely examining the prototype pictures, I found out it was exactly the same.

On a positive note, her pose looks much better in real than on the prototype. It is natural yet somewhat dynamic and full of charm. I was a little bit anxious she wouldn't be that great in that department, but I was wrong.

BTW, the colors on my pictures are completely off and desaturated. I didn't calibrate them wince it was only for size comparison purpose.

Honestly looks fine to me. The last two images look like an adult woman next to a loli which seems perfectly reasonable considering the last one is def a loli. I'm always a stickler for size discrepancies so maybe it's just cause I haven't seen it in person myself.
Her mouth seems weird though, in the prototype its pink and colored but it looks ghostly in your photos.

Indeed, the size between a loli and a more mature woman must be accounted for, but I often found FREEing bunnies followed two standards: those with larger body and head, and those with smaller body and heads, as if they used two different scales. As for the photo, I advise to not base your judgement on poorly shot pictures under inadequate lighting. At first, I thought her hair were a little bit less vibrant than the prototype, but it wasn't the case. As for the lips, they have gloss on them, but indeed, it isn't painted pink. It could be improved with a little bit of paint and a fine brush though it is always a little bit sad when the manufacturer miss these kind of details, particularly on a figure with an extremely limited palette of colors. Otherwise, in terms of sculpt, the pose is excellent from various viewing angles and details well done.

She's about 13-3/4" high (350mm) and fits a 8" x 8" footprint (200mm x 200mm). She would fit most cabinets and displays, but her proportions are impressive because she's quite massive. If you are accustomed to small girl 1/4 bunnies (such as ITEM #396901 and ITEM #543899) I can confirm you she's far bigger. Almost as if she wasn't the same scale. However, she looks fine in comparison with ITEM #331607 and ITEM #135150). Not the first time I observe discrepancies in Freeing bunnies. And just to make sure, Mikoto Misaka is a small girl.
