BlueRain (Il y a 1 mois) #404931871. In terms of pure beauty , this one beats all the Anime ones here.
2. At almost 10 inches tall, she is HUGE, no wonder the price is around 300US$ TT_TT.

indian_summer22 (Il y a 1 mois) #40536133I absolutely love the shading on her skin (which is something usually missing on japanese figures.) It looks sooo soft and real.

Thanks to both of you, I completely agree ^_^

In my own opinion, we shouldn't value it as usually do with japanese figures.
Sideshow products has more artigianal work, with much hand brush in addition to classic airbrush. There is a lot of man work on their products, so a visible and imperfect part like the one you evidenced is, in my opinion (again) an art touch, that makes the difference between mass production figures and handmade ones.
Just to be clear, I'm a japanese figure collector, this is my first Sideshow and I've only one more on travel (Red Sonja), but my heart is all for figures from my beloved Alter, Good Smile etc...
When I took pics and wrote my review, I had to consider that difference in production between these two ways to product collectible figures and statues.
So, again, if I see a defect or a brush sign, I appreciate it (when I see an unpainted or scratched part on a japanese figure, I write to customer support ahaha) :P

Free_Phi (Il y a 1 mois) #40476449Wow that crease where the arm abuts the breast is ROUGH.
Thanks for posting this--now I feel really, really good about not ordering this one...
and I know not to order the others in the series.

Everything else looks so smooth and beautiful on these J. Scott Campbell figures but this crease is so horrendous it cannot be overlooked. And with the price tag they have, it shouldn't even be there. It really is a shame.
I would still get it, but it's a huge bummer.
