absolutely great website. i purchased a figure from here listed as preowned but i was surprised (and very happy) to see it was brand new/never opened and sealed. so that was amazing ^_^
shipping was speedy too, it took a few days for them to ship it out, and it arrived quickly (i used DHL). it was packaged safely with bubble wrap and paper on top, which is great. i would 100% recommend this website, as i was able to find a rare figure on here for a decent price.
I just bought a Saber Fate/Stay Night Excalibur 1/7 Pre-owned A/A from this site and the boxing came out with just a small indent on the side probably due to shipping, but the overall process was quite seamless without a lot of issues. I went with the DHL delivery service and it took about a week or so for the inventory to move from a “Processing” status to “Shipped”. It took about a business week for it to arrive from Japan to Canada, which to me seems quite fast. Just be sure to know that they have a backlog of orders they are currently processing, so it will take them some time to push the order out for shipment. Figure came out great with no damage, I would recommend Jfigure again for its timely service.
Bought 1 S/B brand new pre-owned BINDing suzuhara misa from them. Bonus postcard arrived with the figure.
Great experience. Customer service was pretty good. They will respond u very shortly. The packaging was perfect and the figure arrived with no problem.
I will recommend JFigure to you guys if u r trying to find those old, out-of-print figures.
The price is a bit high but whatever I finally found what I've been looking for.
I already glued together the broken parts; why would I need to send you a photo? I'm not trying to be rude, but it won't look like it was broken because I already fixed it.
The problem here is that I paid for a postcard, and it seems you scammed me, so unless you send me one, I don't see what issue you are trying to solve here.
My package did come with bubble wrap, but no postcard. I don't recall whether it was you or me who said it didn't, but it did.

Please understand, however, that we shipped the figure by EMS on April 17 and it arrived in your country on April 26. It had been kept at the custom until you picked it up late May. So the delay is not our responsibility. As we said, the seller has no control over the custom operations once the package arrives in your country and we request each customer to track the package and take care of its pick up.
Sorry for the postcard. We suspect that it was lost when the custom officer opened the box for inspection because you said that the box came naked without the bubble wrap around. Native/ BINDing postcards originally come outside the figure's box as bonus parts and we always pack the card outside the box but wrapping the entire figure and card with the bubble sheet. In other words, we never open the sealed box in order to put the card inside. But in the future, we will re-consider packing of the card so that someone who opens the box would mistakenly throw it away.
Finally, could you share with us more details about the broken ribbon parts? We checked the figure before shipping to confirm everything was alright but it could be our mistake, or again, a possible damage during the custom inspection. We will look into the problem and come back to you.Sorry for your inconvenience but we hope you understand the situation and help us to sort out the problem.

Buying the same figure twice a secondhand one & a brand new one with the bonus and they arrived with no problems!! Im glad they sell rare figures!! I recommend!! I will be purchasing again thank you so much!!
