First things first, I'd like to take this moment to apologize to my mom for being such a Degenerate. Now then...

https://static.myfigurecollection.net/upload/pictures/2021/01/14/2606378.jpeg (Literal THICC Connoisseur) Disclaimer: Bio not to be taken seriously. Said bio also contains cringe so please read at your own discretion.

I am a Man of Culture and I bring a message that every cultured man, woman, and child (hopefully not) on this board can understand. "All Anime Women are queens!" Well not really, but the majority of them are and I know what some would think upon hearing such a bold declaration. "Simp!!!"

While true, the passage in the Holy Thighible directly behind the passage of "all anime woman are queens", reads as; "Thou shall not simp, but if thou must simp then simp responsibly" and responsibly I shall for as a Man of Culture; I do have standards.

Loli's and Tsundere's... gonna be a nah from me and if you are an advocate of such things than I must regrettably inform you that you have trash taste. That's ok though for I also have trash taste as well as every fellow Weeb around the world. You are not alone, though God (and your parents) may look upon you with judgement for your degenerate lewd fantasies, rest assured that I as a fellow Cultured Individual stand right beside you. All are welcome and like a wise man once said "One man's trash is another man's treasure." Meaning that even in a trash pile one can still find a hidden gem even if said trash pile contains Loli's and Tsundere's.

Loli Lovers: Hestia from "Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls In a Dungeon" is technically classified as a Loli so let me simply say "bravo!"

Tsundere Appreciators: You have the classic bob-cut icon Android 18 from DBZ proudly holding up your banner. A job well done and congratulations.

Every Anime Queen has something to appreciate about them, but as a Man of Culture and Disciple of the Holy Thighible; I mostly subscribe to one train of logic. That being The THICC. THICC Thighs, Big Bonkahonkadongaroos, and Curves, but not ridiculously so as too much THICC (Gasp) can be a bad thing for this cultured man.

I started my journey in collecting back in June 21, 2020 when I ordered a SKYTUBE Togetsu Matsuri version 2 figure on sale without knowing exactly what I was getting into. Upon opening the box, imagine my surprise at the sheer debauchery contained within. While initially mortified and kind of embarrassed, that moment gave birth to the dawning of a new age. The age of THICC! After that I continued amassing a collection of mostly Cast-Off THICC Queens and have found some amazing artists such as Kekemotsu and Misaki Kurehito, but one artist stands above them all.

Mataro! Who is daddy... I-I mean god, yeah. If the Man of Culture was a believer in the divine than Mataro is he who once said "Let there be THICC" and thus THICC there was. Though I do simp responsibly and don't aim for every single one of his works... or rather HER works as its come to my attention that “Mataro the God” may actually be “Mataro the Goddess”. Does this mean best girl was with us all along?

I also plan to write articles if I ever find the inner strength or motivation to do it, but I ain’t gonna lie... it’s hard chief. Articles on what? Good question, I thought reviews at first, but those are a dime-a-dozen. Whatever I end up writing, you know it will be THICC regardless of its content.

Now I am also a man of class (and culture) so I don't typically display my Cast-Off figures (Gasp) Cast-Off. A queen should remain dignified after all, but the option being there to do that, it feels nice ya know? Like you gotta tease me? We both know what's under there. I bet you shower naked too you slu- Queen! I meant queen, yeah so any super duper lewd figures that can't be covered up creatively are gonna be a pass from me. The hardest choices require the strongest wills after all.

So with all that said, I leave with one final message.

Touche, my good sir, touche.

I see you have Freia ordered. Money well spent, but you gonna finish the set and buy Setsuna too? (not THICC, but that would be cool XD)

Yeah I do feel like they definitely looked a bit at Evil Within and also in general the franchise history and what people's favorite moments from the franchise have been. And oh no, I will never think RE will hit a level of master storytelling, but that's fine with the rest of the games being so good. That said, maybe RE7 is the RE game with the best story? Because it's focused on a smaller area and really sets the whole old-timey-horror-vibe well.

I thought Rose was actually quite pretty for a baby, but I guess my friends/family have then just been getting ugly ones, huh? .-.

I think Far Cry 6 is going to be good! :D And the first person worked better for RE7 than RE8 imo, the way RE8 plays is that except for the dollhouse it could have maybe been a better experience if it was with shoulder camera.

I have not thought about that yet, but...I think they won't? As RE2 and RE3 remakes were both 3rd person I have not even thought about RE4 being 1st person...oh man, please don't... RE4 was the inventor of the shoulder camera, so they can't get away with that, right???

Oh yeah I am sure Veronica will be up first for a remake. I just personally love 0 very much. I heard people being mixed about it, but I just love the variation in the environments in 0 and it was for me the first game ever where double-tagging with another character was not annoying.

And the Demitrescu memes keep on coming. :D img-9gag-fun.9c...

I seem to be in the minority for this, but I liked Raid mode from Revelation 2 more than Mercenaries in RE5. By the way, the more I've seen/played RE8 the more I like it. At first I thought the story was kind of disappointing, but the more I play it the more I feel like I understand the characters. Especially the lords which all have very little screentime by themselves.

Noooo, I did not try Akuma and not sure if I would haha. I actually even doubt if I want to play it in first person mode on my next replay of the game. In general I like 3rd person games much more and although I am not mad at RE for going first person, I absolutely would not mind for the main numbers in the franchise to go back to shoulder camera. (Is that another hot take? idk :D )

REverse looks indeed just as bad as the free multiplayer they stuffed together with RE3. I really don't know why Capcom seems to think people want these games. I remember Capcom trying to get that multiplayer RE3 happen so much on social media it really got cringy. I'm not even sure if I want to install REverse even when I get it added to my account for free. I guess I want to check out which characters they all added to it (there better be Rebecca in there!), so ok, maybe I'll install it at least then...

Claire is cool, I especially liked her in the RE2 remake, but Rebecca got my heart, especially since RE0. Man, how I wish that they would properly remake RE0 too! But first up are going to be 4 and probably X before they touch 0 and 1, that is my guess. :)

Huh so if one day you don't log in anymore now I know what happened to you?

In general I didn't have as much fun as I hoped/expected with mercenaries mode in RE8. I do hope that maybe an upcoming RE will again have Raid mode, now that extra mode was a lot of fun!

I was remembered a couple of days ago that EW2 did later on have a free add-on to make the game playable in first person mode. It should be a free update if you already own the game. I never tried it as I prefer 3rd person. I guess they made it because they hoped it would lead to more sales? At this moment I think the team is too busy with Ghostwire and a rumored new game to care much about EW3... :'( And well, if you're hyped now, you could try that FPS mode?

I guess the marrow was their idea of mini-levels to make the game feel more like an open world? Man, it's been a while, but I think most of those marrow levels were also optional, right?

I have a friend that is trying to get me hyped for Ghostwire, but I'm just not feeling it. It looks super slick in the trailers though, but the gameplay just does not get me that excited. I'm sure it will be a good game in the end, because I trust Tango.

And yeah it is what you described, they also added such a similar trophy for 3. I just find it kind of odd, because I don't think I saw that happen before with other games unless they added another mode. Oh, about that, what are your expectations for RE:verse? So far every RE multiplayer game has disappointed me so much I feel very 'eh' about it, but I'll boot it up when it releases.

Ashley best RE girl??? I only hear her screamng whenever her name comes up! Nah, best girl is Rebecca, such a cutie.

Yeah I have to give credit to my husband here because oof those modes are not for me. He learned the factory map so well with all his training and attempts for the mercenaries mode that it definitely helped on his speedrun haha.

TEW is definitely not a perfect game, there are ups and downs for sure. Especially the first one is such a huge variation of playstyles, but in that regard it does remind me quite a bit of older RE's and now actually even RE8 again.

I am not sure what it really is, because most people I talk with TEW about seem to love it, so it seems like an issue of not enough people buying it? I remember TEW2 became discounted super fast after release here, which is also sad. A lot of online critics/reviewers say they think the game will receive cult status in a while, but is just not popular at release (didn't Silent Hill have such issues at first too?). At least what I noticed over here is that a lot of my friends who are into horror never even considered buying TEW so maybe it just needed better marketing?

I think the sales numbers of TEW2 were quite disappointing, which seems to explain why Tango Gameworks put their focus on rather making Ghostwire instead. I am not sure what to think of Ghostwire though, it looks interesting, but not typically my type of game. I guess I will buy it eventually, but not as a pre-order.

Voir le spoilerCacher le spoilerMan I feel like I have seen Leon so much I'm OK with not seeing him for 1 game hahaha. Btw, I was thinking of replaying RE2 and then I saw on Steam that Capcom added new achievements both for RE2 and RE3 which require at least another playthrough. Kind of weird though, I don't think I've seen something like that before, but yeah both games were suddenly not 100% anymore and when I checked online I found out about these achievements added later on. Anyway, I am kind of indifferent about Ada, but it seems like quite a lot of RE fans love her.

I guess because Leon and Claire are the fan favorites? But yeah I am still not really convinced or super excited about that RE Netflix series, but I'll watch it. At least the CGI one will be better than the live action guaranteed.

Tbh I think if the franchise continues with anything related to the Winters would feel cheap, except if they just have a short cameo or are a side character in the next one. I'm personally hoping for a new main character, but appearances or side-characters being the famous ones we all love. Or maybe a partner-up game again with 1 new person and 1 classic character.

So far RE hasn't really done timeskips as far as I remember, unless you count RE7's Chris look (which we all had to erase from our memories like it didn't exist for RE8 lol). So unless they let the game take place in like 2040 or something, which I also hope they won't do...

I am in general curious if they will do anything with the lords or references to the lords again or if it was just something of RE8 and stuck there, similar to how a lot of the stuff happening in RE4 'stayed in the village'.

It's going pretty fast, we only have a couple of achievements left now. :) My husband did all the mercenaries stuff (he is way better at that and enjoys it more than I would), he got SSS on most and then a couple on SS, so now we're doing the playthrough with the lightsaber. Although it's apparently not that strong, I do think that the reach you have is way bigger than with any other weapon as it's a 2-ended lightsaber taking up a huge chunk of your screen while attacking enemies.

Voir le spoilerCacher le spoilerNow for the spoiler stuff, I sat down last night to look at all the concept art and read all the notes and it turns out I was right! Multiple times during the development process they changed the way to reach Heisenberg's factory! Originally it was designed that after the lycan trap you would follow the road to the factory and only there get the last piece of Rose to put into the altar. Which I already thought would make more sense! But the original ideas they had for the final confrontation were way more complicated and most of it dropped, so they had to shuffle around placement.

And thanks! We should soon finish the money and knife run. :)

I love a looooooooot of the enemy designs of Evil Within! I think the Keeper is 10/10 and I got this little guy sitting on my couch to celebrate it: ITEM #783460 . A lot of the enemies feel like instant classics as from the Silent Hill series. It's too bad TEW is not as famous/popular as it should be.

Jeeeeeeeeeeeeep. :') And also all the NSFW mods out there LOL. So many lingerie variations to put Dimitrescu in and a couple of days ago I also saw one that puts Chris only in tiny briefs. *sweats*

I am pretty sure Ethan is not dead, at least I am more sure of him being not dead than Heisenberg. Ethan is a molded mess, so in theory I think he could move anywhere. I personally like the idea of him being stuck in the village forever though. So that he is kind of alive, but blended in the environment there.

Anyway although I kind of hope the story of the Winters is over, if I would have to choose I rather be Ethan again another time than Rose.

What I thought was also cool in the older concept artworks was that they made Heisenberg way more Cyborg-ish, but I guess they ended up humanizing him more so it would make more sense with the Cadou's and also make him have more personality and emotion.

Currently the 'knife only' and the weird one with 'have 777, 7.777 or 77.777 lei' are the ones we're hunting on the next playthrough. Village of Shadows and <3hrs have been completed. :)

Voir le spoilerCacher le spoilerMy husband was talking about that when he completes all mercenaries on S (or was it SS?) the game lets you buy the lightsaber which also counts for the 'knife only' achievement. So that should be better than literally doing it with the basic knife which I assume you did it with? ^^'' The baby definitely walked faster in Village of Shadows compared to the other difficulties but tbh it was definitely a breath of air after a lot of action moments before it. :)

Capcom does quite a lot of surveys through their social media nowadays, did you also see this one? twitter.com/RE_... NO LOVE for fish guy! Although he is the cutest puppet! pbs.twimg.com/m...

Yeah I had some people asking me how scary the game is and I told them it's not that bad except for 1 area (the puppets LOL) and they could just watch that on YouTube first if they are too scared of playing it themselves as a first experience. But I did have a coworker who I convinced to try out the demo and he freaked out saying the castle was already too scary for him so I guess a lot of people their limits are quite a lot lower than uh, what I am used to.

The lamp monster in heels (forget her name) is 10/10! I loved the design and the boss fights with her! Normally I prefer also more action oriented scenes, but I loved the hiding aspects from the DLC.

OH NO NOT THAT ONE AGAIN HAHAHA. I can't get over those mouth movements of baby head Chris hahaha. How do people come up with this shit? xD

Dang, I think that choice route would have been way too complex for the game, but it would have been cool! I actually kind of liked the idea of teaming up with him rather than Ethan choosing for me to fight against him. Too bad it's seems like he is just as beaten as the other lords, so we probably won't see him again in other games. At least he called Chris a 'builder punching asshole', so we got that going.

Yeah a lot of the areas they would probably spawn in, like the village, would be wayyy too narrow to have these enemies around. I can just imagine getting trampled by horses the whole time. Probably better they didn't get into the final game.

Something else I only realized on my 1 millionth playthrough: Don't you think it's odd when you put the 4 pieces of Rose in the pillar it leads to Heisenberg's factory? Shouldn't it have been the final thing to lead you to Miranda? And then all the big signage Heisenberg puts out just leads you to the lycan hole where randomly his piece of Rose is? Feels like those plot moments should have been switched, but I guess they prefered the factory to be the big finale.
