Waren mal gut, Service hat stark nachgelassen.

I like them and I had no problems with my orders, they are a bit pricier then other German shops I’ve ordered from. And I think you can’t cancel any order which is not my favorite, that’s why I do not pre order a lot here.
Still recommend, especially for in stock items.

Update: I only asked kindly if it would be possible to cancel one pre order and they just blocked my account without any warning haha. Even though I had a quite a few orders with them which were all payed.
Yeah wouldn’t recommend the costumer service at all lol.

Pro:
* very nice and Friendly Customer Service. Allways get an answer in a few hours.
*canceling a pre order seems fine (in my Case it was one)
*shipping is fast and safe
* sometimes you can find a Treasure in Stock or at least for "re-order"


Cons:
*only the prices. They are average for germany

I have order 2 times from them now, one on 2017 a nendoroid and came very well packaged and arrived quicly, I live on the order end of europe and arrived to me within a week, on january I ordered again and everything well packaged as always even the outter box was in good condition. Overall they have a good variaty of itens and some quite rare to find on the market, some good sales too! the shipping is the standart for any item, either a 1/6 scale or a nendoroid.

First of all it is the first place for me when I wanna buy a new figure.
Very fast shipping when it is in-stock and for a european shop they are getting the statues fast from the wholesaler.
The shop owner is very kind and always replies fast.
Items are added quick when they are not in their assortment.
