    Hello,

I've been using your service and the *add link to purchase* is horrible at times when calculating shipping. Like if I add 2 products from the same warehouse from hardoff you will charge me twice the shipping even though your support team told me you're not supposed to do that. If you work on the fee calculation system for the shipping your service will be the most friendly and useful proxy in my opinion.

Does Zenmarket buy items quickly? I've been using Neyoko for a while, but they can take foreverrrrr to pay for an item, sometimes up to a day or longer. I've missed out on a lot of Mercari items because they can go pretty fast once posted, so I'm trying to find a proxy that can buy items quickly with a cheap service fee.

I looked into using White Rabbit because I heard that proxy was fast, but the service fee is pretty pricey. Same with Treasure Japan.

In my experience, Zenmarket always took at least a day to purchase the items.
I typically use Goody Japan since they buy the items right away, but I don't know if they buy from Mercari.

anyone here got their parcel sent back to the sender this last month due to SAL suspension? My parcel was sent back to zenmarket on 4/04 and they still didn't update it, after i asked they claimed my parcel still havent arrived in their warehouse, even tho in the japan post tracking it says it was returned. Anyone in same situation?

Zenmarket takes 24-48 hours to purchase items in my experience. But since you mentioned Mercari, I just wanted to add that as of now, Zenmarket does not buy from Mercari.

They said they still receive packing request.
Now I'm just confused whether I should do that which I would still need to pay but shipping is still in suspension.
Surface mail is available but required 2-3 months arrival.
Is it better to not pack at all?
Wonder what you guys decided to do with your items at warehouse

Got my package yesterday from buyee using dhl, its the only shipping opt to my country for now. Too bad only buyee who can buy from mercari fast enough atm. Kinda sucks buyee dont do anything for their customer like zen did extending their warehouse period. Dhl is faster but their extra fees are outrageous.

For your problem i guess depend on your total weight of the items and storage time left, if only less than 5kgs i prefer wait till next month to see the condition or use dhl for faster shipping if you want that way.

For me ill wait until jp post open again since i got 10+ kgs total of items now in zen, so dhl is no go for me lmao

I have three items at the warehouse now (with the oldest one hitting 28 days of storage today), and awaiting one more item to arrive. Zenmarket is giving an extra 45 days for free storage in light of the Covid situation so I am not worrying yet. If day 90 hits and air shipping in Japan hasn't returned to normal, I will probably pack for SAL Small Packet and wait (I don't think storage charges apply after the parcel has been packed?).

PS. I didn't even know they have surface mail now until I saw your post here. 2-3 months is definitely long but I think I will still pick that over EMS.

Thanks Dora and evenstar. I think I'll pack my items later as you two suggested! ヾ(´︶`♡)ノ

Dorayaki_SenpaiIl y a 3 mois#77562481 I dont use buyee but I agree on extending their warehouse storage. 10+kg?! XD I'm with you on dhl being pricey. Plus dhl also increase their prices atm because of high shipping demands

evenstar88Il y a 3 mois#77563971 Guess I'll pack after 90 days are off. Zen only started surface shipping due to covid
( ´ㅂ`) Was tempted to use it but now I changed my mind and decided to wait with you guys

it does apply, my SAL went back to their warehouse due to covid and its sitting there in SAL SP and its counting the days. In anyway, i do think if this goes for over 90 days since they announced the +45 days free, they prob will extend the 90 days..

Has anyone here recently used zen to send a package? I read reviews of people who complained that during this period they were very slow in shipping, we talk about weeks. I'm worrying having almost reached the 120 days of free storage, I do not know whether to proceed with the packaging request, because remember that from the request the days are still counted

I've had one shipped in may, but I don't remember exactly how long it took them to pack the items. I was definitely longer than usual, like a week maybe?
After I paid shipping it took them 2 or 3 days before they shipped it.

Right now I'm waiting for the next repackaging. I requested it last friday (19th)

    EDIT 27/06:
Paid shipping on 24/06, got shipped the day after

I shipped my package out via DHL on 29/5/2020, and I received it on 23/6/2020.
It took 4 business days from my packaging request for the package to be ready, and another 4 business days after I have paid the shipping fee for it to be shipped out.

Does Zen hold parcels for as long as their storage allows for items? I had a parcel made that only had one item in it, but I can't afford to have it shipped now, and want to wait as long as I can to see if JP post opens back up. I don't want to pay 1000 yen and unpack it if the storage carries through, since it's only one item and I'll have to repack it later.

You should just be able to choose a suspended shipping method and it will just sit pending until it can ship though you do have to pay at that point. I did that with a parcel by EMS

go to the parcels section and click on "edit or cancel" unlike before, you should find the various options to modify or cancel it for free. They have difficulties during this period in packing and shipping parcels, so they are more flexible

I submitted for my ZM items to be packed on July 11 and it's still in process of packing. I have 2 items that only have 4 days of free storage left =/ and I'm worried they're going to charge me fees for going over the free storage period because from my past experience they usually took at least 3/4 days to pack items AFTER paying and they still counted those days as part of the storage period.....
Anyone have a problem with this and have any luck with getting storage fees waived? I think requesting packing 11 days in advance is pretty reasonable but they're clearly delayed.

There was a recent blog post from ZM about this. I don't think they will charge you for fees
