    I just ordered my first figure from this site on the 21st of May, 2020 and After seeing all the different feed back it gave me the Willie's, but I am still staying hopeful. They confirmed the payment in a day and I bought top shipping so. I'll give prep. Time another week before I contact on how things are going.

    Did they ever ship your figure ?
    I bought a figure on June 6th and paid immediately with Adyen, the status went to payment accepted and 2 days later it reverted back to "Waiting for Payment"
    They have given me a different answer on every single inquiry, the latest just telling me to open a ticket, which has not even been answered. I was hoping this was a serious site but that does not seem to be the case
    Oh by the way, they claim that Adyen has not given them the money, well that is not my problem, because I was already fully charged on my card for the purchase
    Does anyone know how to put a dispute with Adyen ?

    So I did receive my figure from ninningame. I made a trouble ticket through their help portal on their site. After I did that it was never shown as reviewed, but about 8 hrs after submitting the ticket, they shipped my figure out. After waiting almost 3 weeks of "prep time", it took only 3 days with the free upgrade to fedex for my figure to arrive. I didn't have any issues from their site with payment just the waiting time til they finally shipped it. Only thing I can think of is do another trouble ticket with your receipt file showing you paid in full. If they still ghost you or give you trouble then yeah, total trash on their part for sure. Hopefully things look up for you soon.

    Since they also offer Adyen Payments in addition to PayPal, the prices on N2G are actually pretty good. The exchange rate of Adyen is much better than PayPal's

    But if you do end up choosing PayPal as payment method, N2G also charges you an additional 'PayPal fees' fee

    That's why I chose Adyen to pay for my order and now I don't know how to place a dispute, because it's been a week and they haven't shipped my figure, and according to Adyen, the payment was settled and into their account.
    They don't answer to social media direct message (even though there is a person always posting stories on Instagram and posting in Facebook) and the tickets are always in progress

    A little update regarding my order:
    Last night, they finally confirmed the payment through Adyen, and well of course the product is no longer in stock, so they offered me a voucher for the store or a refund

    I chose the refund, now let's hope all those horror stories that I keep seeing online regarding refunds don't come true

    Surprisingly, after cancelling the order, the social media manager was very polite and told me that there was no need to worry about the refund, that I will have it within this week and if I didn't, to write him another message, so this gives me hope and makes me think this was a one time honest mistake, so I might give them a chance again in the future (if the price is right)

    I don't know if anyone is interested, but I just wanted to give an update on my situation, after experiencing some issues with the payment and getting my order cancelled because the item was not in stock, they offered a refund, and I got it from Nin-Nin, what surprised me is that it took less than a week and they were truly honest about the whole process.
    Originally, I was thinking of dissing them, but they kept their word and demonstrated that they are a serious and honest business. So if you have a ticket with them, just be patient, they will reply and give you a solution, don't believe Youtube reviews that are mostly 5 years old.

    I also have to give props to their media handler, because he was very nice and even offered additional help if the refund was not processed within the week.

    In conclusion, I will strongly consider them for my future purchases

    Well I placed another order on June 19th and paid with Adyen, 2 days later it went into the same status of "Waiting for Payment" and to this date still is. I don't understand what is wrong but this is clearly not my problem, but yours and you should fix it or stop offering Adyen as a method of payment because it delays everything
    PayPal is not an option with you because you are charging an exchange fee that drives up the price of the item unnecessarily, even paying in Yen there is an exchange fee, so what currency is the one where you don't charge this fee ? Or is it just a way to increase the price ?
    I haven't submitted a ticket, only talking through Facebook, but every day I get the same answer "it's taking longer than usual and it should be clear by tomorrow"

    UPDATE:
    As I suspected, earlier today I got the email that the item was not in stock. It took them 11 days to confirm the payment, I don't know what is wrong with this store, but this is the last time I bother with them, they put items on sale, you buy then, they tell you on Facebook that the figure is yours, you get all excited and wait out the process, and then a week later: oh it's not in stock, which definitely confirms that they are either:
    a) selling their stuff elsewhere or to their friends
    b) never even had the item in stock so they are faking sales

    What's worrying is that me posting here will absolutely do nothing, because they are not going to improve the customer experience or resolve this problem with Adyen. They should talk to Adyen, analyze the problem and find a solution, but they don't care

    Oh and finally, when I expressed my fear of missing out on the figure, the Facebook handler basically lied to my face and told me there was nothing to fear

    Nin-Nin game do better for whoever decides to buy from you, but from my end you have lost a customer

    So far I've only placed one order with them and I'm feeling very dissapointed and angry with everything.

    I've had to open now the ticket number 5.

    First I wasn't getting the invoice for the shipping and they kept saying that they'll send it in X amunt of time and didn't do it. Now I've waiting over 2 weeks for me order to be shipped and I still don't have the tracking code even though they said they would do it past week.

    It's been over a month of this. I can't believe it.


    And also, I'm pretty sure they lied to me with the shipping invoice amount, I'll explain the details of it later on.

    I ordered several nendoroids from nin-nin and no problem for the moment. Fast shipping and undervalue ok. Maybe it's because i am only pre-ordering with them, no matter of stock this way (normally).

    I'm getting reallllllll tired of seeing them post their fake-out sales all over this website. Sick and tired of getting notifications on figure pages I follow for it only to be nin-nin games lying about having some rare figure in stock for a "too good to be true" price.

    So, the figure I ordered and paid 264,94 € for, is now being listed for 191,21 €. I do not understand this. It's been a week and my order hasn't been shipped, and now it's listed for a cheaper price? I demand a partial refund, and I will do a full PayPal chargeback if my order does not ship this week. I opened several tickets, but no reply yet.
    Prior to my order they were very responsive, quite funny.

    I contacted them via Facebook, and all I was told was to use the customer email address, even though I have seen some other people say they fixed their situation via Facebook.
    They also replied to one of my tickets, saying my order will ship at the end of the week. No reply regarding the changed price.

    So they told me this:
    "The price of this figure did not change and is still 30890 yen if there is a difference in the price it is because of the currency rate.
    Therefore there is no refund to be made.If there is a dispute because of the currency rate teh upper management might decide to close your account."

    I will NEVER order from this store again. This borders on scamming. And attempting to threaten me? Interesting. By now I kinda hope they won't have the figure in stock and refund me all of the money (like they did with most other people on here).
    On a side note, 30890 yen are 254,47 Euro as of today. And I do not care if they close an account I will never use again.

    Can you please let me know which figure you are mentioning and also your order number/account email etc. ? Maybe private message is best.

    From what I read about your situation and that price difference it seems like something is off here and I need to investigate further. Please, do let me know. I don't mean to do customer support on MFC, usually better to go to our ticket system, but hey. Let's do it!

    Yes, that's mostly a technical problem.
    Our backend is pretty old and sometimes it's hard to use. Rather than "LYING!!!" it's mostly due to some figures sometimes updating even though stock is at zero. It's technical. Sorry about that. We'll do our best to fix it. And, restock said figure. It might not be at the original price if it's an old and discontinued item of course. And we can't restcok every item in the world, for sure. But, we'll do our best! I'm sure you understand. And thanks for the comment! Very helpful!

    Are you sure that it’s listed at the lower price in stock? It’s likely listed at a lower price and not in stock. That’s what their pricing system does.

    Yes, it is in stock, so people can buy it for the lower price while I paid a lot more for it.

    Also it seems they created a second listing, which I swear was not there last time. I had the figure I ordered in my browser favorited, when I went there on the 7th July the price was suddenly cheaper. I did not visit any other link, always just that link.

    Now, when I go to my favorited link, the figure price is back at the original price. HOWEVER, NOW there is a NEW listing with the cheaper figure that I can bring up via search. I bet they are doing this so they can say "you bought the figure for x amount, not the figure for x amount, we can't refund you". This is just a theory, so let's see what they will do.

    The old expensive figure is now out of stock, but the new listed cheaper one is in stock. This seems really shady. But maybe the agent can clear it up for me and then of course, I will update my reviews. I still hope for the best.
