kirchu (Il y a 4 ans) #2303383I heard of Norco, but I didn't know it was a true Farmville. Lmao. That's so funny.
I watched ALL of the episodes so far. I also read part of the light novels. :3 But I know what your friends mean that it gets weird half way in the first SAO. I think you should still watch it, though, because it gives a different look on things. The creator/author has a reason why he did each "arc", and if you look it that way, you kind of forgive how weird second half of SAOI was. There are still some things I don't really like about it, but I'm enjoying SAOII a lot right now. It's keeping to story, which I hope it continues. *tries not to spoil :3*

yup yup, you can see people riding their horses on the sidewalk, lol. You can also rent one for a day as well. Also, there are barn like buildings for stores :P

Maybe if you can explain to me why the author gave different "arcs," then I might give it a second shot. When episode 14 ended, I personally wanted to stop because I just felt it would be cool to imagine if Kirito ever found Asuna in real life. I know something happens, but I just want my imagination to wonder :3.

oh and just in case if you haven't seen it yet...

Ya, I collect and play them. I'm into finding old games at the thrift stores at value price, especially ones that I played when I was a kid. I hop around from system to system, but I play mostly playing Nintendo(Fire Emblem, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, and Animal Crossing), Playstation RPGS, and some MMOs online.

I agree with collecting from series that you play, watch, and/or read. I do that myself, it really helps and keeps me from impulses buys of very nice figures. I'm definitely looking forward to the Sinon nendoroid that was announced. I really like her character design.

I saw that you liked pocky. I've tried several different flavors, but they are just mostly the ones I find at stores or different markets. What is your favorite flavor?

kirchu (Il y a 4 ans) #2303347This is true! I mean, the Asian food part. Corona is pretty darn from me, and middle of nowhere~ XD Wah~

Dude, there's a neighboring city near my city called Norco, AND IT'S LITERALLY A REAL FARMVILLE D:

    Anywho, lol

Noticed by your pictures that you're into Swords Art Online. I recently "finished" the anime, but I stopped on episode 14 because a bunch of my friends said that it just get's weird half way. I saw some pictures of the future episodes and I was very saddened :(. What do you think of SOA season 1? Are you currently watching Season 2?

kirchu (Il y a 4 ans) #2303297No worries. I wanted to double check. XD Yay for being in SoCal. How did you get into collecting? :)

It's okay, I probably should have mentioned that I read your blog posts haha. My friend got me into collecting figures. I kind of held off on starting another collection because I was already heavily into collecting video games. I did some research and I saw they made figures from different video games series that I liked, then I really got into it.

What about you? How did you get into collecting?

Hey! I'm another user new to collecting in the Socal area. I read a couple of your blog posts and have done some of your polls. Probably should have just pm'd you first, but I wasn't thinking. Sorry about that.

kirchu (Il y a 4 ans) #2301959I actually started figure collecting from being at AX and seeing them in person! I got four of the Petanko Sword Art Online figures this year (I will take pics in future). I didn't go to goodsmile panel since I'm still very new and when I knew, convention is obviously over. :(
AX this year had over 80,000 people! They did say they will expand the halls so it won't be as packed. It was sooo bad this year.

Looking at figures really makes people buy them huh. Are those petanko ones the ones where they are sitting? Aww, if you go again next year you should really check them out. This year good smile showed parts of their factory and how they make the figures. People actually paint them by hand even the smaller pieces, now I know why they're expensive! They also gave out nendroids and BIG posters!

I actually think that this year was great lol. Yes, the wait was really long for the tickets and the line for the panel was no better but I had fun! Four days of bliss haha

    kirchu (Il y a 4 ans) #2299954Winter 2015?! I can't even wait that long. O_O Omg...
I think I'm the same way as you with collecting toys and playing with them. Figures just are the next steps of becoming broke! :D

Becoming broke? I AM broke. I mean, between rent, car payment and bills- I might as well be. Being an adult sucks, I don't know if you're in college or not- but if you are, take your time and don't rush out into the real world, you're REALLY not missing anything haha.

And winter 2015 isn't so bad, there's plenty of good shows to look forward to in the fall, after all!

kirchu (Il y a 4 ans) #2301941Not sure which part, sorry! I go to Anime Expo. :) Comic Con is too crazy and impossible to go. :/

Cool! I also went there with my sister and some friends. Thats where I saw a bunch of awesome figures which made me buy some (I havent bought figures in years). I mostly bought posters from the artist alley though. Did you get anything? Did you go to the goodsmile panel? Their CEO is a pretty funny guy

I actually felt that AX was more packed than comic con. Maybe beacuse comic con had a bigger hall.
I personally like AX better since its more up my alley.

kirchu (Il y a 4 ans) #2301905Yeah, I keep a number of my toys a lot for a long time because I also refuse to give and throw them away. I have too much childhood in them. And aw, your Pooh is derpy now.
I sure was bummed about the champion in the game from Elite 4. I wish she had more story than going: "Hey, we met once. Let's battle". -_- Speaking of breeding, I bred over 400+ Pichu's to get a shiny Pichu and I end up getting TWO shiny Pichu's! I was so surprised. :3
Yay! I'm glad I'm your first friend on here. :) I'm from Southern California, too! I have friends living in San Diego actually.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Though it does feel good to give some away to kids :).
haha, true. oh wow! You're lucky! I probably hatched at least 800 eggs and haven't gotten any shiny, not really complaining I'm more into IV's now. Oh cool! May I ask which part? Did you get the chance to go to AX and/or comic con?
